Commenting is a good technique…..I see that it doesn’t work great these days as it used to be….getting 400+visitors out of commenting sound great but a too high estimate given the timeframe of 1 month

This sounds like an idea worth exploring. I’ve been dabbling in Google Alerts trying to figure out if its useful or not, but hadn’t even seen google blogs. Thanks for the tip.

I did’nt quite understand the following things:

1. “Links that are not your main keywords will actually benefit you in terms of rankings as there is a filter placed on Google’s Algorithm that will give you a -5 penalty if your incoming link text percentage is too high”

2. You will still build link juice into your site from the ones that don’t use “No-Follow”

Any clarification?

Excellent, i have been using this method for a couple weeks now, it does work, but he is right you have to commit a half hour a day, since i have been doing this i estimate about 100 hits a day, which in turn makes me more money$$$$ yeah…

Nice, i just signed up with Google account but i did not have a promotional code i sent them this link, i hope they let me have that credit, currently doing ppc campaigns with yahoo, Email marketing,and some classifieds, Google is Great, i use it everyday!!! Very interesting strategy! Yes, I agree you must leave a compelling comment and not just a Hi By statement. That would be spamming! Leave a unique and descriptive comment that will entice the reader to click your name and go to your site.
