Samsung S85 camera Review

Samsung has recently announced the new Samsung S85 digital camera which features an 8.2 mega pixel image sensor. This camera has a good 5x optical zoom. Recently we had reviewed the Samsung L-Series cameras which had Samsung L830 which is also an 8.2 mega pixel camera. But the basic difference between the L830 and the S85 is the optical zoom as L830 has a 3x optical zoom and S85 features a 5x optical zoom. The new Samsung S85 has various unique features unlike the earlier Samsung series of cameras. This camera features the Samsung Face Recognition Technology which is similar to other Samsung cameras which were launched recently. The Face Recognition Technology of this camera makes it easier for the user to adjust your exposure and focus. This camera gives you the freedom to adjust the focus and exposure automatically. The auto focus of this camera recognizes the object instantly and adjusts automatically. And the automatic exposure function of this camera has settings which makes it appropriate exposure to give you highest image quality.

Body and design
The Samsung S85 has a pure aluminum body which is well crafted to give a perfect look. This camera has a design which is totally different from the earlier L series of cameras launched previously by the manufacturer. This camera features a 5x optical zoom which makes it a camera that can shot more accurate images. This camera has a 2.5 inches TFT LCD display. The front panel of the camera had the focus and the flash. This camera has a dual color body which combines the metallic ash and silver color. Because of its design this camera looks like a professional camera. But this camera is designed to target the fledgling photographers who want a camera which knows what exactly they need from it.

It has effective hot keys with a full manual control. S85 has a 20 MB of internal memory and it accepts SD. MML, SDHC flash memory cards up to 4 GB.
