LG KU 580 has a look which is quite similar to the LG Chocolate series. But this phone has a panel which has a silver panel which makes it different from the LG Chocolate phone. This phone has an over all dimension of 94x 53x 16.5 mm. unlike other phones this phone belongs to a lighter range with a weight which is around 73 grams. LG KU 580 is a wonderfully designed phone. This sliding phone has a display screen. The 2 inch screen of this phone has a TFT screen with 256K colors display with 240x 320 pixels.

Like the Chocolate phone, the new LG KU 580 also has a touch sensitive navigation keys with back light. This tri band GSM phone has a backlight inside the touch sensitive navigation keys. You can have polyphonic ringtones with 64 channels in this phone. It has a 2 mega pixel camera with 1600x 1200 pixels video. This phone comes with a 45 MB internal memory card and to increase the memory of this phone it has a microSD (TransFlash) card slot. This phone has all the required features like GPRS, 3G, and Bluetooth. Though EDGE is missing in this phone but it’s quite appealing without this facility. You can have all the messaging like SMS, MMS, EMS, and E-mail with this phone. You get a WAP 2.0/ xHTML browser. This phone has video telephony and FM radio.
