Samsung Z170 Review

Samsung has recently launched three different cell phones which are different in every possible way. We have recently reviewed one of them and now we are ready with another of that clan. Here is the Samsung Z170 which is the new entry in the Samsung range of phones. This phone is quite unique in its own way as this differentiates itself from other phones of this range. The new Samsung Z170 is a bar phone which has the slimmest body possible for a cell phone. If you are tired of bulky phones and want to have a simple feather-weight gadget then this phone is made just for you. If you introspect the Samsung range of phones then you can find out that maximum Samsung phone are either sliding or flip phones. I guess these are not as popular as the bar phones because bar phones give the freedom to carry in pocket or purse easily. This may be the reason for the manufacturer to introduce such slim phone.

This GSM phone has a well crafted body which is lighter than other phones of this range. This is another phone by Samsung which sports 3G support. Well, I guess the guys at Samsung must be thinking about connectivity a lot hence most of the cell phones now are having 3G support. This is the slimmest phone among the newly launched trio. This bar phone has a thickness of 9.3 mm. This phone weighs a mere 76 grams. Since this phone has a lighter weight so it can be easily fir in any pocket. At least this can help you out from those heavy cell phones which were hard to carry and very difficult to hold. Today even ladies prefer lighter gadget as it easily fits in their denim and wallet too. It’s truly a sensible design by Samsung that to create a slimmest phone within budget.
This camera comes with a TFT screen which is 1.8 inches wide. It has a 262K color display with 176x 220 pixels resolution. As per the size of the phone, the display looks quite bright which is a positive thing for the popularity of this camera. Samsung Z170 comes primarily with a 1.3 mega pixel camera with CMOS sensor and a secondary VGA camera for handling the video calls. You also get video recording facility with this camera as the recording is available in QCIF with 176x 144 pixel resolution at 15 frames per second (fps).

Along with various other features, this phone has USB post to connect with other devices. This Bluetooth enabled phone has a glossy finishing which makes it more attractive. You get a 55 MB of internal memory with this phone and if you want to increase the memory then it also provides microSD card slot for memory enhancement.
